Only a short walk away are the seafront, the port (hydrofoils to the Egadis), Corso Vittorio Emanuele with its shops, cafés and restaurants and all sights and attractions of this town. On the third floor are a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. The fourth floor includes a further living room with bathroom. On the same level the spacious terrace with outdoor kitchen, besides being the perfect spot for breakfasts and for al fresco dining, offers amazing views of the sea and of the Dome. From the property are easily reachable by car Erice, Marsala, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro nature reserve.
